Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Radiography Technologist II to join our Radiology department at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general radiography duties and assuming the responsibilities of the Head Technologist in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties related to general radiography
  • Assume the responsibilities of the Head Technologist in their absence
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary diagnostic department
  • Operate related equipment
  • Organize work effectively
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited radiology technology program
  • Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiological Technologists (CAMRT)
  • Eligibility for membership with the BC Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (BCAMRT) and/or CAMRT
  • Ability to supervise and communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
