Job Summary

Lakha Transport Inc is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Depreciation and Asset Management: Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets, and maintain accurate records of asset purchases and disposals.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
