This position is based in the private sector, where you will play a crucial role in managing office services and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Conduct administrative activities essential for the establishment.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
