About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at PTW Energy Services. As an Industrial Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrumentation Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial instrumentation systems, including calibrating and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • System Troubleshooting: Use logical approach and technical expertise to identify and resolve issues with instrumentation systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install new instrumentation systems and components, and commission them to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Training and Development: Coach and instruct apprentices and junior technicians on instrumentation systems and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure that instrumentation systems meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in industrial instrumentation and controls
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Various locations, outdoors, at heights, confined spaces, noisy
  • Work Setting: Industrial settings, including oil and gas, power generation, and manufacturing
