Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee our operations at a leading vape shop. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

The position is based in a vibrant vape shop, where you will engage with customers and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize efficiency.
  • Authorize payment transactions, including cheque payments.
  • Manage inventory by ordering new merchandise as needed.
  • Oversee the return process for merchandise.
  • Engage in direct sales and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Compile and present reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staff matters.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 employees.
