We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at 5005193 ONTARIO INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll cheques
  • Manage financial records and accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries and prepare financial reports
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balance
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
