Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Crew Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Night Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous way
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook food to order, following McDonald's quality and safety standards
    • Assemble and package mobile and delivery orders
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
    • Communicate effectively with peers and managers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to McDonald's standards
    • Ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitary to prevent cross-contamination

Requirements

  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
