About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Financing Specialist to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services about mortgage credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help clients develop residential financing strategies for their internal renewal and refinancing transactions and ensure that their banking, financing and coverage needs are met.
  • Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs.
  • Rigorously apply the established processes and procedures and ensure compliance and risk management rules in effect are followed.
  • Continuously develop and update your knowledge of National Bank financing solutions.
About the Team

You will report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team. You will work with the entire branch team and various financial experts to meet all our clients' financial needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Two years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
  • Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing products.
  • Interest in working on a team.
