Plumber Trainee

Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a skilled Apprentice Plumber to join our Service Division in Regina, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting experienced plumbers with various tasks, including pipe joining, tool operation, and diagnostic work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the trade. Key responsibilities include moving materials, pulling water lines, and assisting with other tasks as required. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in high, awkward, and noisy places. * Relevant industry experience
* Consideration may be given to those who do not possess all the above requirements if they are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, passion for the trade, and a desire to learn

**Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:**

* Clean Class 5 SK Driver's License and abstract
* Mechanical aptitude
* Strength, stamina, and the use of proper lifting techniques required to handle heavy tools and parts weighing up to 25 kilograms
* Ability to stand for long periods of time and do some moderately heavy lifting and carrying
* Ability to work in high, awkward, and noisy places
* Ability to work alone and with others
* The ability to contribute to a highly team-oriented environment
* Strong communication skills
