Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Norm's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel.
