About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the right devices and plans for their needs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in our stores
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices and plans to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and services, and be able to explain them to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
