Job Title: Office Building Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Building Cleaner to join our team at NOVACOS BUILDING SERVICES GROUP BC LTD.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: 40 hours per week, English language required.
