Job Title: Rope Access Technician

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at Toronto Window Cleaner Inc. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing rope access work at heights, including window cleaning, facade maintenance, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform rope access work at heights, including window cleaning, facade maintenance, and other related tasks.
  • Operate suspended access equipment, such as ropes, harnesses, and anchors.
  • Work at heights in various weather conditions, including wet and damp environments.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work site environment: At heights, outdoors, wet/damp.
  • Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Suspended access equipment training, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
  • Own tools/equipment: Gloves, hard hat, safety equipment/gear, steel-toed safety boots.
  • Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work? Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Do you have previous experience in this field of employment? Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?
Experience:
  • Experience an asset.
