Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Custodian to join our team at School District #60 (Peace River North). As a Casual Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of schools and facilities
  • Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of floors, walls, and windows
  • Operate and maintain custodial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous custodial experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
