Job Summary:

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various settings, including apartment complexes, office buildings, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment for users
  • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a secure environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
Work Environment:

The Cleaner will work in a variety of settings, including apartment complexes, office buildings, and industrial facilities. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean and safe environment
