About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Navraj Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. The role will require standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
