Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our trade and broadcasting services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and community groups.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our trade and broadcasting services division, including budgeting, financial management, and human resources.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Communication and Representation:
    • Represent our organization in official functions, negotiations, and other external activities.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or executive role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
