Job Title: Early Childhood Education Worker

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education Worker to join our team at Canyon Springs Montessori Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, promoting their overall development and well-being.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that foster learning, creativity, and socialization among children, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
  • Communication and Reporting: Observe children's behavior and development, preparing regular reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in early childhood education is an asset.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
