Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Service Supervisor to join our team at J&K Electrical Services Ltd. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of electronics technicians and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to electronics technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Inspection and Repair: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and implement repairs, adjustments, and replacements as needed.
  • Work Order Management: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and prepare cost estimates for clients.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor electronics technicians, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including client sites and our company's facilities.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, and a team player attitude.
