BYTEMINDS IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Financial Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • **Financial Operations**: Oversee the organization's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll administration.
  • **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  • **Financial Systems**: Implement and maintain financial systems, including accounting software and financial databases.
Requirements
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • **Experience**: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • **Language**: English.
  • **Work Hours**: 42.5 hours per week.
