Position Overview

As a Warranty Claims Administrator, you will report directly to the Inventory Control Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass the input, verification, and resolution of warranty-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices, submit warranty claims to relevant vendors, and ensure timely follow-up for payment processing
  • Investigate discrepancies in billing and escalate issues as necessary
  • Update and maintain part numbers as required
  • Facilitate intercompany transfers
  • Address and resolve inventory-related part issues
  • Collaborate effectively with parts and service department personnel to rectify work order and parts discrepancies
