Financial Controller

At AutoIQ, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our leadership team. As a key member of our financial management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial control framework of our dealership and driving the performance and efficiency of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead the accounting department in maintaining accurate and timely financial records, including financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with department managers to support planning and control activities, ensuring compliance with process and procedures
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve high performance standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
- CPA, CA designation preferred
- Minimum 5 years of senior financial experience, preferably in an auto dealership environment
- Expert-level technical and computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
