AI Strategy Researcher

Our team at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled AI Strategy Researcher to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing strategies in the AI field, providing strategic analysis reports and suggestions for the company, and assisting in major technology strategies and investment in the AI field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate AI strategies and technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of AI technologies, including generative AI, LLM, world model, AI Agent, Transformer architecture, and AI security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with North American AI-related industries, leveraging your expertise to provide strategic advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical issues with business objectives, driving long-term development and growth.
  • Manage complex technical projects and challenges, applying strong project management and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • PhD degree in a generative AI-related field.
  • At least three years of experience in AI analysis, including strategic insight, industry analysis, technical feasibility analysis, technical proposition analysis, and vision analysis.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness, with the ability to integrate technical issues with business objectives.
