About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Heart to Heart Home Care Services Ltd. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management, to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with shopping for food and household supplies, ensuring they have access to essential items.
  • Medication Reminders: Assist clients with medication reminders, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a strong desire to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate clients' needs.
