Job Title: Student Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruiter to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a Student Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and supporting students in their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, promoting our programs and services to students and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, educators, and community partners to promote our programs and services.
  • Provide information and support to students on education and career opportunities, including program requirements and application processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in education, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
