Position Overview

CC Vodden Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Strategic Planning: Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle management and executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Manage a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Security and Safety

Must be bondable.

Work Environment

Fast-paced atmosphere requiring strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP level education is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
