Our team prioritizes the growth and well-being of our team members, and we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse at Pro Vita Care Management, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care. You will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions, providing personal care as needed, and supporting emergency staff scheduling.
Responsibilities- Assess resident health status, including differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings and recognizing deviations from mental health baseline
- Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required
- Support emergency staff scheduling and ensure adherence to infection control practices
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Effective communication skills in English
