PRO STAR WALLS & CEILING LTD. is seeking a skilled Wallcovering Specialist to join our team. As a Wallcovering Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and advising consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings. You will also be responsible for erecting scaffolding and swing stages, attaching rigging, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Our ideal candidate will have experience with equipment and machinery, including airless spray equipment, brush painting, conventional spray painting, patterned rollers, and roller painting. They will also have experience with surface preparation, including drywall taping/patching, and coating/application specialization, including novelty and decorative effects, paint spraying, and wood finishing specialization. Additionally, they will have experience with wall covering specialization, including wallpaper. * Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
* Repair cracks and holes
* Mix paint to desired color and texture
* Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
* Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
* Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
* On-site work only
* Ability to work at heights
* Physical stamina to lift and carry equipment and materials
