Your RoleYou will play a crucial role in the success of our client initiatives through your proficient design, leadership, and communication abilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with diverse business clients and technical stakeholders to facilitate implementation and ensure a high-quality solution is conceived, developed, and executed.
- Serving as the primary technical resource for clients regarding design, inquiries, concerns, and challenges.
- Being an essential member of the senior project leadership team alongside project managers, business analysts, and account managers.
- Assuming the role of the principal technical authority on numerous projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality design standards.
You will be tasked with designing and constructing sophisticated technical solutions to address real-world business challenges utilizing RDBMS technologies such as Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, as well as programming languages including Python, C#, and JavaScript.
Additionally, you will:
- Act as a mentor and technical consultant for the development team throughout the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
- Create and assign detailed tasks while providing developers with clear context and direction.
- Communicate project estimates and actuals with key internal project leaders and stakeholders.
You should possess a comprehensive knowledge and experience across a wide array of technologies, including but not limited to PL/SQL, SQL, Python, and C#. Familiarity with reporting tools and GIS experience would be advantageous.
We seek individuals with a consultative mindset to assist our clients in overcoming business obstacles through a thorough understanding of constraints, budgets, and requirements.
Moreover, you should have the technical acumen to conduct performance evaluations and address software-specific installation inquiries.
Understanding how daily tasks align with the broader scope of large projects and the ability to translate long-term objectives into actionable short-term tasks is essential.
Experience in performing the full software development lifecycle (FLCD), including design, coding, testing, and debugging of complex software applications, is required.
Lastly, the ability to convey technical concepts and terminology to non-technical business users is crucial.
