Job Title: Specialized Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialized Cleaner to join our team at TBM Service Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Specialized Cleaner will be responsible for operating cleaning machines, cleaning building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment, as well as washing and cleaning interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate cleaning machines and equipment to clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment
  • Clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
  • Vacuum floors and wax and polish floors
  • Provide customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Operate carpet cleaning machines, chemical cleaning equipment, industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, and pressure cleaners
  • Clean carpets, rugs, industrial equipment, boilers/tanks, curtain walls, and windows
  • Work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Will train and learn new skills
