About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Team Member to join our team at PANAGO PIZZA. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared to a high standard.
  • Train and support other team members in their roles, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and contribute to the development of effective inventory management systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, and that all health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
