Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes with attention to detail.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and helpers to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a culinary environment.
