About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team. As a key member of our Technology and Operations team, you will be responsible for onboarding applications to RBC's IAM solutions in accordance with our IAM onboarding strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business partners and application teams across RBC Enterprise to explain the onboarding process and document requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners and application teams to ensure successful end-to-end onboarding for services.
  • Stay up-to-date with architectural patterns relevant to RBC's IAM services.
  • Provide consultative services to ensure requirements are following RBC Standards.
  • Identify and report security risks in accordance with RBC Standards.
  • Report on Authentication onboarding progress and metrics.
  • Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as requested by the onboarding team.
  • Provide support with tasks and ad hoc requests as required.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.
  • Provide direction in the optimization, efficiency, and capacity planning of initiatives.
  • Function as a point of escalation and resolution for incidents and project-related issues.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring within the team to drive optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with IAM capabilities and solutions.
  • Ability to manage, lead, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversight in a high-pressure environment with emotional intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAUTH) and experience working with SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions designs for efficient security controls.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation with internal teams for effective task completion.
  • Proficient technical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, etc.) and Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience presenting to a wide variety of audience sizes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CyberArk, Sailpoint IIQ, with Entra ID.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP.
