Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Tesfit Holdings Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team is effectively managing tasks and meeting customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize workflow
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise
  • Authorize merchandise returns in accordance with company policy
  • Create and manage employee work schedules
  • Engage with customers to facilitate sales and provide exceptional service
  • Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges
  • Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure product availability
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
Supervisory Scope
  • Oversee a team of 1 to 4 individuals
  • Manage staff across various operational areas
Work Environment
