About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our SAP IBP/APO team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our SAP IBP/APO solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized knowledge and expertise in SAP IBP and commercial functions to meet business needs and position potential solutions.
  • Build relationships with key commercial users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
  • Support the activity and PMO in demand management and project prioritization.
  • Participate in the development of projects/initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the AMS team and other partners to participate in continuous improvement and application maintenance activities.
  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide technical support for project delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and provide standards and best practices to support teams in achieving project goals and application maintenance.
  • Confirm that technical specifications meet business requirements. Supervise and guide key resources during development and testing phases.
  • Develop functional and design specifications.
  • Support peer review of design and specification standards.
  • Acquire knowledge of emerging features and solutions and contribute to their successful implementation in businesses, as needed.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex support and maintenance application issues, as needed.
  • Manage the transition and handover of project delivery teams to application support teams.
  • Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method choices, providing information on industry trends.
  • Support SAP and company business consultants.
  • Support organizational change management functions in developing and delivering end-user training, change impact assessments, and work tools.
  • Suggest improvements for solution maintenance and deployment.
Requirements
  • A university degree or equivalent (an MBA is preferred).
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in a supply chain environment (IBP or APO preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of integrated business planning processes, demand planning, sales and operations planning, inventory optimization, or supply chain planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ability to adapt and function constantly in evolving commercial environments.
  • Ability to take an active role in internal and external brainstorming sessions and management meetings to promote technical solutions.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and problem-solving skills with strong communication, written, and oral skills.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders daily in English.

  • Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and lead or train others in configuration management efforts.
