Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter - Talent Acquisition to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pilot the entire recruitment cycle for various job openings
  • Participate in special projects in partnership with the Human Resources team to develop, implement, and improve recruitment processes
  • Build strong business relationships with internal managers and the HR team to understand their needs and provide optimal staffing services
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing methods
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant education and experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in French and English
