Compensation Package

Key Responsibilities
The Body Shop Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing our clients' OEM class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles within our facility. This includes replacing damaged structures, body components, and both interior and exterior finishes. The role requires collaboration with colleagues, body shop supervisors, and external vendors to guarantee high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Assess and repair damages to fiberglass and suspension systems.
- Expertise in surface preparation, sheet metal fabrication, and refinishing techniques.
- Light mechanical and suspension knowledge is advantageous.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and tool usage throughout the workday.
- Proficient in keyboarding and detailed report writing.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Valid BC Red Seal Body Technician certification.
- Must possess personal tools.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and process-driven environment.
- Ability to engage in physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and tool operation throughout the shift.
- Class 5 driver's license.
