Your Contribution at GEI

As a vital member of our team, you will operate under the guidance of experienced management, engaging in various capacities within municipal and private sector design and construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conducting intricate engineering design calculations;
  2. Collaborating with drafting personnel to ensure accurate drawing coordination;
  3. Formulating construction specifications and coordinating with suppliers;
  4. Providing support for contract tendering and administration;
  5. Assisting in fieldwork alongside senior staff, which includes field measurements, condition evaluations, and construction oversight;
  6. Undertaking additional tasks as required.

Qualifications Required

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, ideally in your third or fourth year;
  2. Exhibit strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, along with adept problem-solving abilities;
  3. Demonstrated enthusiasm for expanding knowledge in design, construction, and operational aspects within a multi-disciplinary consultancy;
  4. Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
  5. Self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic team environment are preferred;
  6. A valid driver's license and proficiency in AutoCAD are advantageous.
