Job Summary:

As a key member of the Banque Nationale du Canada team, the Investment and Retirement Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding clients in developing tailored investment strategies that meet their unique needs. This position requires a strong network of branch advisors and internal partners, as well as in-depth knowledge of investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated financial solutions to increase savings in assigned sectors.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to expand the client base.
  • Design and implement personalized retirement plans for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors in branches to provide expertise on investment and retirement matters.
  • Provide coaching and training to financial advisors on topics such as pension plans, retirement, tax implications of divorce or death, complex retirement products, and annuities.
  • Lead client conferences on investment and retirement planning issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on market developments and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • College diploma, university certificate, or bachelor's/master's degree in a related field.
  • Mutual fund representative (MFR) license.
  • Business development experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of investment products.
