Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wholesale Buyer to join our team at A2Z cash 'n' Carry. As a Wholesale Buyer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of merchandise.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms with suppliers to maximize value for the company.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of purchasing activities.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as business or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
