About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters Aberdeen Mall location in Kamloops. As a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: You will have a deep understanding of our beauty products and be able to present and promote them to customers.
  • Customer Success: Your goal will be to ensure that customers leave the store happy with your recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Challenge and Opportunity: You will be up for the challenge of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Network and Support: You will be part of a dynamic team and be willing to support colleagues and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: You will be committed to delivering 5-star customer service and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
