We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team at Ace High Barber Shop LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our barbershop, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the business.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
