Position: Maintenance Supervisor
We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance functions within our facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading maintenance teams, organizing and scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee maintenance teams
- Formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans for the maintenance department
- Handle maintenance requests and oversee work orders
- Monitor maintenance operations and assess performance metrics
- Ensure comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections and evaluations
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing setting
- Expertise in preventative maintenance strategies, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent mechanical and spatial reasoning abilities
