Job Summary

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Metal Roofer to join our team. As a Metal Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing metal roofs using hand and power tools, applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces, and instructing apprentices.

Work Environment

As a Metal Roofer, you will work at heights, in noisy and dangerous environments, and outdoors. You will be required to work in various locations, including commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Install sheet metal flashings
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability, reliability, and teamwork skills
