We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, waxing machines, and steam cleaners to maintain our facilities.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Specialized Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
As a Janitorial Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements- Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs) are required for this role.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
- Work Schedule: 70 to 80 hours bi-weekly.
