Vehicle Lot Supervisor / Detailing Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of showroom vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Organize and manage the detailing department to ensure vehicles are prepared for display and customer delivery.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee vehicles are ready for customer handover.
  • Facilitate the collection and delivery of documents to the License Bureau as necessary.
  • Inspect newly arrived vehicles for damages upon delivery and report any issues to the Sales Manager promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom area.
  • Assist the sales team with vehicle transportation as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Ontario Driver's License.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
