About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Transport and Communications to join our team at Bhagat Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement human resources planning strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to relocate and relocate costs covered by the employer.
