  • Core Duties:
    • Recruit, manage, and schedule landscaping personnel.
    • Coordinate the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
    • Estimate labor needs and material costs for projects.
    • Oversee landscape construction activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate work records and logs for project tracking.
    • Conduct repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment.
