Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at 102007 PEI Inc. As a key member of our retail bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Pastry Preparation: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
