Job Summary

KSS Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team. As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Pipe Fitting and Joining: Cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size, and join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Testing and Inspection: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges, and inspect pipes for damage or wear.
  • Pipe Sizing and Determination: Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing, and measure, cut, and thread pipes to required shape and size.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and physical demands.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, requiring hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in plumbing or a related field.
